Stampin’ Up! Convention 2009
Wow what a totally awesome Convention it was this year. I think they get better and better each and every year! Stampin’ Up! is such a wonderful company to work for and they certainly know how to put on a great show. They are so incredibly generous and genuine and the fact that they support each and every demonstrator, from the hobbyist to the top business builders and treat us all as equals is just fantastic.
I have so much to tell you about what a fabulous time I had but I have to catch up on a few household chores and get back into the swing of things first. In the meantime, here are the three swaps I took with me to Convention.
Stamp sets: Fifth Avene Floral
Cardstock: Basic Gray, Pink Pirouette, Whisper White, Regal Rose
Inks: Versamark, Basic Gray, Pink Pirouette, Regal Rose
Accessories: Clear embossing powder, heat tool, Stamp-a-ma-jig, wide Regal Rose ribbon
Stamp sets: Upsy Daisy
Cardstock: Not Quite Navy, Whisper White, Bashful Blue, Kiwi Kiss designer series paper
Accessories: Bashful Blue double stitched wide ribbon, Soft Subtle brads
Stamp set: Good Friend
Cardstock: Baja Breeze, Chocolate Chip, So Saffron designer series paper, Whisper White
Inks: So Saffron, Baja Breeze, Chocolate Chip, Really Rust
Accessories: wide Chocolate Chip ribbon, Stamp-a-ma-jig, gold brads
I managed to do 20 of each so I have 60+ cards in return to wade through and gain some great ideas. Swapping is a great fun part of Convention and is also a fantastic way to meet other demonstrators!
I hope to be back tomorrow with some pics from our great trip to Canberra.
Goodnight.

I love your last 4 or so posts.
The cards you have made are gorgeous.
It was so nice to meet you and even spend time with you when out and about and around the ‘Crown’
I am sure you too were exhausted when you got back and felt like sleeping for a week. But hey hello we are mums and wives and demonstrators…..that’s not possible.
Glad you enjoyed it as much as all of us who attended.
Take care Lou!
