How dedicated Vick was to get up so early to hit the gym! I'm back into my fitness thing this week to loose the weight I've piled on! I will have to step up the mark I think cause Ngaire has asked me to arrive a day earlier in Sydney next year and do the bridge climb with you! I would SO love to do that!!
