Inkspirations Challenge
Good morning! It is an exciting time of year as a Stampin’ Up! demonstrator as a lot of our stamp sets retire and we wonder what fantastic new rubber we’ll get in the new catalogue soon to be released on 1 April. For the first time SU! have given us a very small sneek peak pre-order selection and I am eagerly awaiting the arrival of some new stamp sets, inks and papers, so to take my mind off waiting (and housework) I thought I’d try my hand at Makeesha’s Inspiration Challenge. I’ve tried her colour and sketch challenges but never had a go at these.
This is the pic Keesh gave us to inspire our creation:
and below is my card. As I enjoyed making these vellum flowers so much last time, I decided to include them in this challenge.

Stamp sets: So Swirly jumbo wheel, Occasional Greetings
Cardstock: Sahara Sand, Not Quite Navy, Certainly Celery, Whisper White
Inks: Sahara Sand, Not Quite Navy
Accessories: Large and small oval punches, 3/4″ circle punch, wide Celery grosgrain ribbon, pop-up glue dots, Rhinestone brads ice.
If you would like to know more about this technique you can see scroll down to my previous post. I think I’m going to be playing with these for a while now. I LOVE them!
Thanks for looking. Have a great day! I’m off to stalk the postie.
