Sketch Challenge
Well I thought I’d start the year off by getting involved in more challenges and first up is Keesh’s sketch challenge.
Here is Keesh’s sketch:
and this is what I came up with:
I have been wanting to try my hand at the Faux Silk technique for a while now so when i saw the new Embrace Life set I thought it would be perfect for it and put it to work on the sketch challenge. It is a very simple technique using a layer of tissue paper and although It is difficult to see the effect clearly here it does add a touch of elegance.
Cardstock: Old Olive, Pumpkin Pie, Whisper White
Inks: Black Stazon, Old Olive, Pumpkin Pie, Versamark
Accessories: Tissue paper, Aqua painter, Rhinestones, Mat Pack, Circle Scallop Punch, 1 3/8″ circle punch, 1 1/4″ circle punch, glue stick, dimensionals
Thanks for looking.

OH Very Very Noice LOU!!! Love the faux silk you have done here. And that colour combo is nice and fresh, yet could be male or female to which is so handy. Thanks for managing to play along! Love it. Love Keesh x
