Gift Bags
Hi! This week I have had a little time to play around with a few templates and this gift bag was a challenge with one of the demo groups I’m in. These were so easy to make and quite quick to put together once I started. The smaller one is made using designer paper and the larger one is using a wheel on cardstock so it suits either way.
I was reallly happy with how they turned out and will definitely make some more. I made a beautiful Christmas one the other day so hope to churn out some of those very soon.
The large Regal Rose bag demonstrates how beautifully the Priceless stamp set and co-ordinating So Swirly wheel go together. Don’t forget this month’s fantastic ‘free wheelin’ promotion. See below for more details.
Supplies:
Large bag
Stamp Sets: Priceless, So Swirly wheel
Cardstock: Regal Rose, Rose Red, Certainly Celery and Whisper White.
Inks: Regal Rose, Rose Red and Certainly Celery
Accessories: Wide Regal Rose grosgrain ribbon, Jumbo eyelets, Cropadile, Dazzling Diamond glitter and Two Way Glue Pen, Dimensionals
Small bag
Stamp Sets: No stamping involved!
Cardstock: Summer Picnic designer paper and the Die Cut Blooms from the Spring Mini catalogue
Accessories: Ice circles rhinestones, Certainly Celery grosgrain ribbon, Cropadile, Dimensionals
I also tried a Concertina Tag card which was inspired by Leonie Schroder. Sorry the photo is not the best – too much light. I would like to try another using stronger colours I think next time. Not bad for a first effort and very cute design. Thanks Leonie!
Supplies:
Stamp sets: Lexicon of Love, Always
Cardstock: Soft Sky, Old Olive, Whisper White, Really Rust, Fall Flowers designer paper
Inks: Really Rust, Old Olive
Accessories: Tag Punch, Circle Scallop Punch, 1 1/4″ circle punch, 1 3/8″ circle punch, 3/4″ circle punch, horizontal slot punch, Old Olive and Really Rust markers, Wide Old Olive grosgrain ribbon.
Thanks for looking.
Lou

OOOOOO love your bags Lou and the tag looks cool. I have a group that want to do one next week … might mix it up and make a feminine and masculine one. Glad I inspired you – its usually other people inspiring me.
